Welcome to QBS Tax Prep

Below you will learn about the options available to get your taxes done and find the links to get you started.

You will also find links to other information and places you might want to go.

Mobile App

The mobile app is the easiest and most secure way to do taxes remotely.

To get started click “Access the App” below.  You will know you are in the right place because it has my name and logo.

If you used the app last year, uninstall it completely from your phone before you re-install it this year. If you don’t, the info will not come to me correctly and you will not be able to upload your documents correctly.

Click “Get Documents” below and select “TaxesToGo app guide” for step by step instructions.

Documents

Get the Mobile App instructions here, as well as current EIC parameters, tax brackets and mileage rates.  There are also blank employment documents such as W-4, Montana W-4, W-9 and I-9

Secure Portal

You can use the portal to securely upload documents and sign your return.  It is a bit more cumbersome than the mobile app, but still a great option.

I will have to have your social security number in order to send you an invite.

If you would like to use the portal, send me an email with your cell phone number and tell me what email address to use for the link invitation. I will send a portal link to you via email.  You and I have to have the exact same social security number, email address and cell phone number for this to work.

Check your spam – the invitation will come from TaxStatusNow.com.
